• Initial consultation where we will discuss all details of your wedding day and answer any questions you may have
• The assistance of 2 Day of Coordinators for your rehearsal (1 hour) and then your wedding day (8 hours)
• Complimentary 3 month out meeting to go over your information packets
• Complimentary Month of Wedding Coordination to organize all of your wedding details
• Creation + Execution of your timeline for your wedding day
• Assistance with crafting timelines with all vendors to ensure all parties are on the same page prior to your wedding day
• Distribution of timelines to all vendors
• Full availability at your wedding rehearsal (1 hour) and your wedding day for Day of Coordination services (8 hours)
• Direction of your ceremony processional at your rehearsal and day-of wedding ceremony
• Oversight and management of the timeline on your wedding day
• Confirmation and follow-up with all vendors and/or service providers 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day
• Direction of your wedding vendors the day of your wedding
• Act as a point of contact for all vendors on wedding day
• Assistance to wedding party, family and guests, as needed

• The assistance of 2 Day of Coordinators for your rehearsal (2 hours) and then your wedding day (12 hours)
• Complimentary 3 month out meeting to go over your information packets
• Complimentary Month of Wedding Coordination to organize all of your wedding details
• Set-up + Decoration Assistance
• Creation + Execution of your timeline for your wedding day
• Assistance with crafting timelines with all vendors to ensure all parties are on the same page prior to your wedding day
• Full availability at your wedding rehearsal (2 hours) and your wedding day for Day of Coordination services (12 hours)
• Direction of your ceremony processional at your rehearsal and day-of wedding ceremony
• Oversight and management of the timeline on your wedding day
• Confirmation and follow-up with all vendors and/or service providers 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day
• Direction of your wedding vendors the day of your wedding
• Act as a point of contact for all vendors on wedding day
• Assistance to wedding party, family and guests, as needed
• Scheduling of all vendor appointments and attend vendor meetings with Bride
• Review vendor contracts and keep available for future reference
• Assistance with the design of the flow and layout of the ceremony and reception
• Determine contingency plan (for outdoor ceremonies in case of inclement weather)
• Assist with obtaining special permits, licenses and/or added insurance dictated by venue(s)
• Assist with vendor mediation and/or troubleshooting
• Follow-up with all vendors to confirm details of arrival times and deliveries 
• Receive deliveries and greet vendors on the wedding day
• Coordinate, manage, and troubleshoot with all vendors on the wedding day (as needed)
• Distribution of final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the contract
• Supervision + assistance of ceremony and reception setup to ensure that decor elements are set out properly
• Offer advice on wedding etiquette and protocol
• Assistance with placement of guest place cards, wedding favors, gifts, Bridal Portrait + Guest Book at designated sites
• Distribution of attendants flowers, bouquets, boutonniere and toss bouquets
• Distribution of timelines to all vendors
• Full use of our “Emergency Kit” for the couple and wedding party
